Recoil Hosting Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Recoil Hosting, operated under Recoil Network. By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Recoil Hosting provides game server hosting, VPS services, web hosting, Discord bot hosting, and related digital services. All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

2. Payments & Billing All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of services. Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in immediate account termination and possible blacklisting from our services.

3. Acceptable Use Users may not use Recoil Hosting services for: - Illegal activities - DDoS attacks or malicious traffic - Malware distribution - Copyright infringement - Network abuse or spam - Unauthorized access attempts

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Service Availability We aim to provide maximum uptime and reliability; however, downtime may occur due to maintenance, hardware failure, attacks, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Backups Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data. Recoil Hosting is not liable for any data loss.

6. Account Responsibility Customers are responsible for securing their panel accounts, passwords, API keys, and services associated with their account.

7. Suspension & Termination Recoil Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for abuse, ToS violations, fraud, or unpaid invoices.

8. Refund Policy Refunds may be provided at our discretion. Lifetime services, digital goods, custom work, and setup fees are generally non-refundable.

9. Modifications Recoil Hosting may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
